Implementation of Analytical Forms and Algorithms

Task

The need to calculate the availability of oil, free capacity, as well as the autonomy of the tank farm.

The need to calculate the autonomy of the gas pipeline.

The need to identify deviations in the operation of the water pipeline.

Solution

MES LLC ASK allows the implementation of mathematical algorithms of varying complexity:

  • there is a built-in programming language ALPA.OM, which can be used to describe mathematical expressions in DEV/HMI projects;
  • if more complex algorithms are needed, they can be implemented in external .NET libraries

The results of calculations are presented to the system user on mnemonic diagrams, trends, and reports. If necessary, based on the calculated values, events related to deviations in the operation of the technological object/process can be generated in the system.
